Packing/Dispatch staff
Packing and preparing tubestock plants for delivery to the customer.
Part of a fast-paced, inclusive & friendly team, driven to raise the standard of plant production.
People with a positive and proactive attitude with a strong desire to work in the nursery industry.
Experience in a potting/packing team is desirable but not essential, as training is given on the job.
Key qualities for packing & dispatch staff:
- Good hand-eye coordination and high-level attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work unsupervised – quickly and efficiently.
- Good work ethic, reliability, and commitment to not leave any job unfinished.
- A willingness and ability to listen and follow instructions.
This position is predominately outdoor based and requires some medium/heavy lifting.

Potting staff
